2B&Partners, whose registered office is given in the legal notice, is responsible for processing the personal data collected on this site.

Via the contact form, we collect: first name, surname, role, company, professional email, telephone number (optional), the needs you select and the content of your message.

Purpose: your data is used solely to contact you back and respond to your appointment request. It is never used for commercial prospecting without your explicit consent.

Processing is based on your consent, given when you submit the form (a mandatory acceptance checkbox). You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us.

Your data is kept for a maximum of 36 months after our last exchange with you, then deleted. If a business relationship begins, the retention period is that set out by the applicable contractual and legal obligations.

Your data is intended exclusively for the 2B&Partners team. It is never passed on, sold or transferred to third parties. Our technical hosting provider (see legal notice) acts as a data processor and may not use your data for its own purposes.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights:

• the right to access your data;
• the right to rectification;
• the right to erasure;
• the right to object to and restrict processing;
• the right to the portability of your data;
• the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise these rights, write to contact@2b-partners.fr specifying your request. We respond within 30 days.

If, after contacting us, you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
